Brief

We were tasked to Recruit, Activate and Monitor Trade in a Display & Win Loyalty promotion across 128 retail outlets in Lagos for 2 months, following a decline in offtake across retail channels.

Goal was to drive Availability, Visibility and Sales of NBC Cans products among proximity wholesalers and retailers.
