The PZ Cussons baby noticed a drop in market share to cheaper competitor brands. We were tasked with regaining the lost market share while still retaining it’s affordable yet classy brand essence.
Solution
Through Brand Education & Wet Product sampling we drove sales of the product in hospitals, neighborhood stores & communities
Created visibility materials & leave-behind-assets to drive brand awareness for the hospitals & neighborhood stores
The team surpassed the hospital recruitment target of 600 by 243% (recruiting over 1462 hospitals in key cities pan-Nigeria)
