The Brief

In 2025, the Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) set its sights higher than ever before. With the first-ever unification of the Greater Lagos and Greater Nigeria teams, the goal was to create a convention that didn’t just reflect progress — it had to redefine possibility. The theme, Moonshot: Mission Good to Great, called for an experience that would elevate ambition, ignite innovation, and align 2,800 of NBC’s brightest talents under a shared vision.

The Problem

How do you get an entire organization to think bigger, dream wilder, and act bolder? The challenge was to build belief in greatness — not as a distant goal, but as an attainable destination powered by unity and momentum.

The Solution

We crafted a full-day immersive experience inspired by space exploration — a metaphor for limitless potential. From a stage design that evoked the thrill of liftoff to a dynamic program that blended strategy, storytelling, and celebration, every detail was curated to challenge convention and spark forward motion.
